BVA Lunch Form
THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 8 AM FOR EACH STUDENT REQUESTING A MEAL.
LATE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED.
Parents, please complete this form to have meals packed and ready for pick-up at 11:00 each day behind the school. Families with students at more than one school will need to pick up meals at the school where each student is enrolled.
ONLY STUDENTS ENROLLED IN TALLADEGA COUNTY SCHOOLS AND HAVING A VALID LUNCH NUMBER WILL RECEIVE MEALS. ALL PAID STUDENTS MUST HAVE A POSITIVE BALANCE OF AT LEAST $20.00 AND REDUCED STUDENTS MUST HAVE A POSITIVE BALANCE OF $5.00.
Payments on your student's account can be made through PayPams on your school website.
