If you are a customer of Hargray Communications for Cable TV, but not for Internet, Hargray is offering 60 Days free Internet to their customers with students in their households.

If you do not wish to have a technician come into your home during this time of social distancing, please let them know this when you talk to Hargray over the telephone. You can arrange to pick up the equipment at their Pell City office or ask to meet them outside to sign off on the paperwork.
You will need one (extra) active cable connection in your home that can be used for Hargray Internet Router. Many homes have multiple connections in homes. Note: You cannot use your cable box and router on the same connection. If you do not have an extra connection, a Hargray Technician will be required to install this (an extra cost might apply).
After you plug the power and coaxial cable into your Hargray Router, you will have to contact Hargray support to get them to remotely refresh the equipment in your home.
Hargray's Router will have the Wifi Password on a label on the bottom of the router.
This is a 60-Day offer, you are responsible for contacting Hargray to cancel the service and return the equipment in order to avoid being charged for this service by Hargray Communications.
