Title VI, IX, and Section 504 Notice of Nondiscrimination Applicants for admission, applicants for employment, students, parents, employees, sources of referral of applicants for admission and employment, and all other professional and support organizations holding Board approved status with the Talladega County School System are hereby notified that the official policy of the Talladega County Board of Education that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, disability, sex, religion, creed, national origin, migrant status, immigrant status, homeless status or age, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program, activity or employment. English as a second language (ESL) students will be guaranteed equal access to educational programming. The Talladega County Board of Education provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups. Additional services may be provided for which they qualify. Any person having inquiries concerning the Talladega County School System’s compliance with the regulations implementing Title VI, Title IX, and Section 504 is directed to contact the person identified below who has been designated by the Talladega County School System to coordinate the systems efforts to comply with the regulations implementing Title VI, IX, and Section 504
