This is my first year in the classroom full-time and I am so excited to be here at A.H. Watwood. I have been in this community my entire life. I was a student at Watwood myself and I graduated from CHS in 2011. I get to share this school with my son, Ezra, who is 10 for one year before he goes off to middle school. I graduated from UAB in 2016 with my BA in English with a concentration in Literature. After that, I attended JSCC and graduated from their Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2018. Once the pandemic hit, I decided that I finally wanted to finish my goal of becoming a teacher. I graduated from UWA with a Masters in Elementary Education in May 2023. I am so excited to be here and I cannot imagine a more perfect placement for me than 1st grade at Watwood!
