  • Meet the Winterboro High School Cheerleaders! 

    We are proud to announce that the WHS cheerleaders are a UCA certifed team, partners with St. Jude Hospital, 2023 UCA Gold Superior Winners, recipient of a Pin-It-Forward Leadership Award, and are leaders within their school, homes, and the community of Winterboro. Being a cheerleader means being a part of a team that serves their school as ambassadors with enthusiam, loyalty, pride, and spirit. Being on the cheer team presents unique opportunities for growth, teamwork, and creative thinking. Extracurricular activities are among the top things post-secondary education looks for on acceptance applications and scholarships. WHS cheer means being representatives of this field, plus showing true sportmanship and leaderhsip within the community. We are proud supporters of all of our sports divisions, our marching band, students, staff, and administration here at WHS. 

    We can't wait to provide you with spirit, and welcoming of our school along with all the amazing things we are accomplishing at WHS. Go Bulldogs!

It is my greatest joy to serve as the coach of the Winterboro High School Cheerleaders. I cannot wait to see what all of our students accomplish this school year. It is with great  pride that I announce our cheerleaders as Gold Superior winners and leadership award recipients of the 2023 Universal Cheer Association. Being a participant of this program myself, and a 2012 All-American Cheerleader, I cannot express what level of exceptional achievement I was able to witness our team receive. I am blessed with a great coaching staff and we are very excited to cheer on our Winterboro family this year. Assistants: Cody Needham and Cayla Lackey. Go Bulldogs!
