Hi! My name is Kimberly Moore and I am a 5th grade ELA and Social Studies teacher here at CMS. This year marks my 10th year as a teacher and is my 2nd year at CMS. I am a graduate of Jacksonville State University and have a degree in Elementary Education. I am also a National Board Certified Teacher. I have spent much of my career in the middle grades and absolutely love teaching my “big kids!”

I have been married to my husband, Matt, (who is also a teacher) for 10 years. We have a beautiful little girl named Carridy, who is five years old and is in Kindergarten. We are also expecting another little girl who is due in March. A spoiled poodle named Luna completes our household! We enjoy spending time playing games,watching movies, and cooking together.
