I am the band director of the Winterboro High School Blue Knights. As of August 2022, I will be starting my 19th year in education and 9th year at Winterboro. I am immensely proud and thankful to the amazing members and parents of our band program. We never let numbers be an excuse. We work hard to be the best musicians we can be. We work hard to achieve a common goal while being a part of a team. We work hard to be kind and respectful. 

I graduated from Jacksonville State University in 2001 with a Bachelors of Music Education degree. While at JSU, I was a trumpet player in the Marching Southerners and got to march in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.

I am a member of NAfME, AMEA, ABA, TCBDA, and an alumni of Sigma Alpha Iota.

I am originally from North Alabama but am happy to now call Talladega County home. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, fishing, and spending time with my family.
