Hello! My name is Renee Dennis, and I’m thrilled to say this is my 26^th year of teaching.  I grew up in Millry, Alabama and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama in 1993.  I began my teaching career in the Dallas County School District.  I taught for fourteen years in this district.  In 2007, I began teaching at Childersburg Elementary School.  This is my ninth year of teaching third grade.

Currently, I live in Sterrett, Alabama with my husband, Marvin, and two boys (Tory and Justin).  I enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family.  I am looking forward to an Awesome school year!
