I am from Sylacauga, Alabama. I graduated from B. B. Comer Memorial High School in 2001. After graduation, I attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) as a student-athlete. I graduated from college in 2006 with a degree in secondary education. I began my career at Winterboro High School and, shortly after, married Coach Adam Fossett. After leaving Winterboro in 2012, I taught at Nichols Lawson Middle School, Childersburg High School, and Smiths Station High School.   

I have two boys, Ben-12 and Max-14. I love to read, shop, watch my children play sports, and watch Auburn football.  

I am excited to continue my teaching career at my alma mater and to impact my community in a positive way. GO TIGERS!
