My name is Shareka Lee. I am the principal at Sycamore Elementary. I began my adminstration as an assistant principal at Stemley Road Elementary for three years. I enjoyed twelve years at A.H. Watwood. During those twelve years I taught first grade, second grade, third grade and one year as a reading interventionist.  

I attended the University of Montevallo for my undergraduate degree and the University of Alabama in Birmingham for my masters degree. 

I am married to the love of my life Bruce Lee and we have one son William. In my spare time, I love spending time with my famiy and going out to eat.

It is an honor to come back home and be able to give back to the school and community that began my elementary education.
