My name is Melinda Adams and I have been a teacher for 18 years. I am currently teaching 6th grade Science and I absolutely love it! I am married to Carey Adams, who teaches at Munford High School, and together we have three boys, all out of the house!  Interestingly enough, I have not always been a teacher. For ten years I worked as a manager at Harco (before it was Rite-Aid) and while I enjoyed working with the public, it was not what I felt I was "meant" to do. So I went back to school and graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Master's degree in Elementary Education. I am very happy to be working here at Munford Middle!
